At PawLuxe, we want to ensure that your furry friends get the best products delivered quickly and safely. Our shipping policy outlines how we handle orders to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Economy : $4.90 (5-8 business days)
  • Standard: $6.90 (3-5 business days)

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

  • Occasionally, there may be shipping delays due to high demand or weather conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience and will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered when placing your order. PawLuxe is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further instructions. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging.
